Patti Anderson Announces Candidacy for State Representative
DELLWOOD, MN – Businesswoman Patti Anderson, who has also served as a City Councilmember, mayor, State Auditor and Minnesota Commissioner of Employee Relations today announced her candidacy for the newly formed House District 33A seat in the Minnesota House of Representatives.
The new district includes Forest Lake, where Anderson was born and raised, her current hometown of Dellwood as well as the cities of Hugo, Mahtomedi, Willernie and a portion of Grant.
“My priorities will be to control excess government spending which is fueling inflation and straining family budgets; supporting our law enforcement officers and ensuring safe streets, neighborhoods and communities; and strengthening parental control of education by eliminating COVID related school closures, harmful mask mandates and the teaching of racialized curriculum that pits students against each other.”
Anderson will be seeking Republican endorsement at the upcoming district convention.
